The Classic Presets – Classic ECN-2 2025 Cinestill 800T is arguably one of the films that has significantly fueled the resurgence of analog photography, along with Kodak Gold 200 and Kodak Portra 400. Its lesser-known siblings, the Cinestill 50D and 400D, have also contributed to that resurgence. You don’t need to be shooting gas stations or Berlin subway stations at night to appreciate Cinestill films. In fact, they shine especially when used in ways that escape Instagram clichés.

The Cinestill 50D has its place in cityscape photography, but the 400D and 800T are great all-rounders that can be both gritty and soft and charming.

Classic ECN2 Profiles 2025 captures the essence of a modern analog photography legend. Cinestill 800T gets special attention, with three presets covering the range from rough and gritty lab scans to detailed home scans. Each of the three films is represented by three base profiles, and as always, these profiles contain elements that are difficult to replicate in Lightroom alone.

Presets for the 50D, 400D, and 800T build upon these profiles while adding their own unique tweaks. Currently, these profiles are based on Frontier scans. Noritsu scans will be available via a free update in late 2025.

This product works with Adobe Lightroom CC (cloud-based version), CameraRAW (10.3 and later), and Classic CC (7.3 and later). To use them with Lightroom Mobile, you need Lightroom CC or Classic CC running on Windows or OS X.
